When asked about trends in the automotive industry, Ron Frey shares his insights.

“So I'll give you a couple perspectives. So, I see trends and interesting ones, such as that we're in a unique position in automotive where we're kind of coming back to the pre-COVID stage. We have interest rates rising, inventory rising, incentives rising, and margins getting compressed, and our dealers are now getting back to the basics of execution and looking for new profit centers, and they're going to be very focused on away speed up processes, take cost out of the organization, better delight my customers, it's going to be very much operational efficiencies.”
