     For severe allergies, we also recommend notifying the ATI team when confirming your attendance so we can coordinate directly with the venue. While we work closely with our hospitality partners to minimize cross-contamination, ATI cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • Yes. Speakers and panelists may purchase a recording of their session following the event.

  • Your registration packet and event badge will be available for pickup at the ATI registration desk before breakfast begins.

    To ensure a smooth check-in, only confirmed, registered attendees may collect registration materials.

  • We recommend having your registration confirmation email available when you arrive, but it is not required. Our registration team will have your attendee information on file and will be ready to assist with check-in.

  • Yes. ATI features thought leaders, executives, innovators, and industry experts who bring insight and perspective to the conversations shaping the automotive industry’s future.

    Speaking opportunities are selectively reviewed to ensure programming remains relevant, forward-thinking, and valuable to the ATI audience.

    If you are interested in being considered, submit a Speaker Application, and our team will follow up if there is a relevant opportunity.

  • We strongly encourage you to register in advance. ATI events are known to sell out, and we cannot guarantee admission for walk-ins on the morning of the event. 

    If space is still available on event day, our registration team will be happy to assist with on-site registration and payment at the door.

    Bottom line: If you want to be in the room, register early.
