"So COVID was wind in our sails for sure when the world shut down. We had just launched service pickup and delivery. Dealer reactions to service valet were mixed. They all, I think, knew their customers wanted it, but it wasn't a need. When the world shut down, we all stopped going to the grocery store, we started ordering groceries on Instacart and I think that trend, that convenience economy that consumers have hasn't changed.

I think that it opened our eyes to be able to see that there are different ways to transact, and that possibility is I don't think we're going to regress to going to dealerships in the future, I think we are lazy by nature and if we take the easy way, we are the easy button for that."
