Gray Scott, Tier 3 Automotive Retail. I've been coming to 80 for a hot minute and it's one of my favorite events to attend. No matter where it's located, it's a great place for anyone in tier three automotive to come and almost shop, right? So you're being presented in this pitch tank style that you're able to look at some of the most latest and greatest innovative technologies, and out of five, you may only find 1 or 2 that intrigue you.

But more than likely they're not in your major market. They're looking for dealers, they're looking for partners. So it gives you an opportunity to take some of the latest technology, bring it into your operation, be ahead of the curve, dominate the market with it, and also help another company evolve at the same time as as an early adopter, you become grandfathered in from a pricing perspective.

So it's a win win situation for everybody. HR is definitely something that's on my agenda every year and I look forward to it year after year.
